Works well for feet with low or avarage foot volume.

Check the sizing chart below for the length, as insole sizes can be different for the same size across styles.

Note 1: The measurements in this column represent the exact length of the insoles. For closed shoes, it is recommended to allow an extra centimeter for growth.

Note 2: The measurements in this column indicate the foot length that corresponds to the referenced size. This includes an additional 1 cm of growth room (1.2 cm for styles with textile or wool lining).
