Shipping Options
We offer simple and affordable shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. For shipments within Canada, we primarily use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. For shipments to the USA and other international destinations, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location but typically are:

  • Local: 1–2 days

  • Regional: 1–3 days

  • National (Canada): 2–7 days

  • USA: 4–10 days*

  • International: 7–14 days*

*Please note that customs processing may occasionally delay deliveries by 4–6 weeks. Zagy Shoe Shop Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over CAD $100.00 (CAD $200.00 for Northern Teritories, Nuanvut and Yukon)

  • Free shipping on USA orders over CAD $250.00.
